Collision on Trans Canada at 30th Street NE.

On July 12th at approximately 7:55PM a traffic collision occurred on Highway 1 at 30th Street NE.
A red pick up truck was attempting to make a left turn to go North on 30th Street NE from the Trans Canada. When it did so, a Semi Tuck which was travelling through on the Trans Canada Highway collided with the pick up.
RCMP are following up with the investigation in speaking to witnesses and obtaining possible dash camera video from the semi truck that was involved in the collision.
A light Standard was affected and the incident involved the local Fire Department to contain a small spill of fluids from the damaged vehicles.
The two occupants of the pick up were shaken up and suffered minor injuries and the driver of the semi truck was uninjured.
