Missing person located deceased

The 87-year old man who was reported missing on March 19, 2024 has been located deceased. The deceased and his vehicle were located on Saturday March 23, 2024 on a rural road south of Nanaimo. Foul play is not suspected and the investigation is being led by the BC Coroners Service.
